The packet is marked Dolch Portepee along with Heeres Kleiderklasse and address details. The cellophane is in excellent condition with only one small tear but is still sealed.

Swastika belt buckle.
This is a very interesting buckle. It is either an early Nazi sympathiser buckle or it's a 1930s US Army 45th Infantry Division belt buckle. The 45th used the swastika as their divisional symbol until old Adolf came along, where it quickly got changed to a Thunderbird.
