Fantastic clear photo postcard of a soldier named Hans Gründer. Hans is shown seated wearing an immaculate uniform with belt and buckle. Pinned to his chest is a two place medal bar comprising a Friedrich-August medal and a 1914 EKII. The photo is signed Hans Gründer Weihnacht 1918 (Christmas 1918).

Stamped "signature" of Generalmajor Schmidt and countersigned by a Luftwaffe Major.
Two punch holes and some minor staining.
