Russian Front medal, citation, breast eagle and photo lot.

Nice little Ostmedaille grouping comprising a mm 65 Russian Front medal (Klein und Quenzer) a citation for the medal dated 28.8.1942 awarded to a Obergefreiten Erwin Schimdt. The stamp is for a Signals unit and is signed by the Battalion Commander (a Major).
Also includes a group of photos showing various Russian Front winter scenes.
One photo has writing to the reverse and another has been made into a postcard (printed on Agfa paper). Great photo of an MG34 on an anti-aircraft mount.
The Ostmedaille is in excellent condition with a silver finished helmet/rim and a gunmetal grey body. Ribbon ring is stamped with K&Qs PKZ number 65. Complete with a large sized TZ marked single ribbon bar in excellent condition, minor rust staining to reverse. Hinge pin and clasp in perfect working order.
Includes Erwin's enlisted breast eagle in excellent condition.
