1939 War Merit Cross First Class with Swords in "Halbetui" titled case of issue by Deschler mm 1.

Excellent condition nickel silver plated tombak KVKI with Swords. Silver frosted and burnished finish with slight aging and fading.
Pin is stamped 1 (Deschler und Söhn, München).
Hinge, pin and clasp in perfect working order.
Black leatherette case of issue in virtually mint condition. Black flocked base with satin inner lid.
Silver blocked KVK to outer lid.
Fabric separator and leatherette "hinge" in perfect condition.
So called Halbetui (half case) with friction fit lid.
Probably from the Deschler hoard which was discovered a few years ago.
Superb set.
