Excellent condition political cap eagle, nickel silver base flash coated in copper then heavily silver plated. 
Superb silver frosted finish with burnished highlights. Marked RZM M1/47 (Christian Theodore Dicke, Lüdenscheid).
Complete with all 3 pins, looks to have never been on a cap.
