Imperial German/Bavarian Faithful Service Medal. Small, circular medal suspended from a blue ribbon. Obverse of the medal features the Bavarian Crown, together with the legend:TREUE DIENST BEI DER FAHNE - "In True Service to the Colours", meaning In true service to the Regimental Flag. Reverse of the medal features to the Roman numerals XII - indicating a 12 Year Service Period.

Originally a gold finished piece, mostly worn off, but still an excellent condition item. Overall Ecx+ ( A13 )
